Roles and responsibilities 
 
Advanced Support: Resolve escalated desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues on Windows platforms. 

Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware, OS, and application problems using advanced tools and techniques. 

User Management: Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies. 

Software Deployment: Install, configure, and update software using deployment tools. 

System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, patching, and performance tuning. 

Collaboration: Work with L1 support and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues. 

Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and support procedures. 

Customer Service: Ensure timely and professional support to end-users.
