Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and user-reported problems.
Upgrades and Patching: Plan and execute platform upgrades and patch deployments.
Automation: Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts to streamline processes.
Monitoring: Track system health and performance using built-in tools.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and change logs.
