Roles and responsibilities

Business Requirements and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and actionable acceptance criteria. 

Agile Practices and Delivery: Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to drive iterative development, foster team collaboration, and support continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. 

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with product owners, developers, and end-users to ensure consistent alignment and open communication throughout project execution. 

Solution Design and Validation: Support solution design by evaluating options, assessing feasibility, and validating that deliverables effectively meet business objectives. 

Product Backlog Management: Partner with the product owner to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring well-structured user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria. 

Facilitation and Team Collaboration: Lead workshops, sprint planning sessions, and key Agile ceremonies to promote clarity, collaboration, and shared ownership across the delivery team. 

Process and Performance Improvement: Actively contribute to retrospectives and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance product quality, and boost team performance.
