Yempo Solutions receives CRSP certification approval for talent acquisition
Yempo Solutions Talent Acquisition is now CRSP-approved, following our recent participation in an intensive learning and certification program called Certified Recruitment and Selection Professional (CRSP).
CRSP is an internationally accredited program designed for talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection professionals and leaders, tailored specifically for the Philippine market.
Key topics covered include sourcing the right talent, strategic workforce planning, employer branding, business-centric recruitment and selection processes, job analysis and job design, headhunting and technical recruitment, behavioral and other competency-based interviewing, recruitment analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence, and recruitment and Philippine labor laws.
