Yempo Solutions 10th year gala celebrates decade of offshoring excellence

To cap off its 10th anniversary celebrations, top offshoring company Yempo Solutions recently gathered its employees from all over the Philippines in its biggest year-end gala yet at EDSA Shangri-La Manila.

Yempo Solutions is a top specialist provider of outsourced accounting, finance, IT, and business support professionals from the Philippines to companies in the UK, Australia, US, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Japan.

At her opening remarks, CEO Michelle Fiegehen spoke of the strategy meetings in the lead-up to the event, which point towards another successful year. She then invited all attendees to enjoy the evening, and to celebrate the role that they played in Yempo’s decade of success.

For his part, Yempo Director Ian Parkin talked about the company being ahead of other firms with its efforts in recruitment, artificial intelligence and automation, and business intelligence, among others.

The evening proceeded with a presentation of Yempo’s 10 wins on its 10th year, which included an ​​ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems certification, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities for partner charities, integrating the latest AI technology in recruitment, a website revamp, and successful roadshows in Australia and the UK.
