The employee and company compliance in the Philippines makes it cost-prohibitive except if you plan on a team of more than 50 staff. Yempo has experience in assisting organisations transition their staff onto our model and closing down your business. We do this without any disruption to your team or their outputs.
Are you a call centre?
Yempo provides senior professional staff in a range of roles, predominantly IT, Finance and Legal. We can discuss sales and lead generation staff with you and how they can fit into our model, but we are not a call centre.
How easy is it to switch from one offshoring partner to another?
At Yempo we make it very easy for you to exit from us to join another partner; we are confident you will never see a need to do this. Your current partner may not operate the same way, and may have exit fees or non-compete clauses in their employee contracts. We can assist you by examining your current arrangement and providing options if you would like to switch.

How much do you charge?
