Meet Michelle, Offshoring Expert and Yempo Solutions CEO 

Michelle Fiegehen is a British-Australian now residing in the Philippines, overseeing and building the Yempo teams in Manila, Cebu, and beyond. 

A former IT Director in the finance sector, she has decades of experience building and leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams around the globe. 

She was recognized as one of APAC’s 10 High-Performing CEOs from the Philippines in 2023, and the Best CEOs of the Year by The CEO Views in 2022. 

At the London Business show, she will be speaking on 13 November 2025, 2 to 2:30 PM, Seminar Theatre 13 on “Building Offshore Capability as a Resourcing Strategy.”
